This one-year, honors-level course will be available in 2020-21 only. It is exclusively open to seniors. The course is designed for strong students interested in pursuing a career in the IT / Cyber Security industry. This IT course focuses on hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, web development, and cyber security. Students will learn essential IT, cyber security, web, and career skills as they complete individual and group projects including: hands-on labs, presentations, interviews, and job shadowing. Students will have the opportunity to earn industry certifications, compete in international cyber-security competitions, and network with industry professionals.
